Lately, we have been feeling like we are on staff at the Old Red Courthouse. We have done so many weddings there that they contstantly ask, "What are you doing here...AGAIN!" It is wonderful though. We are so blessed to be plugged in with the people at this venue. They have an amazing staff that is so kind and fun to work with. We highly recommend this place! Enough about that...

We were so fortunate to be able to coordinate this wedding. Brianne and Trey are such a creative, unique, and loving couple. Brianne has an amazing sense of style and she really put time and effort into her wedding. We owe her the credit for the design of this event. We just helped put her ideas together, run the wedding, and helped her with a few design decisions.

Santa Clara Catholic Church & The Rotunda

Christian and Rudy were such a cute couple. They fit each other so well. It was a pleasure to do the flowers for their wedding. Rudy is an architect, and he focused so much on the design of the event! It really paid off. It was a great wedding. Their flowers consisted of lime green and bronze cymbidium orchids, white hydrangea, white peonies, green kermit mums, and lots of grasses and leaves. It was very contemporary in styling and looked great.

The Knot Cocktail Party

We had a great time at a Cocktail Party hosted by "The Knot," and we even took some goofy pictures in a photo booth provided by www.boothbooth.com.

The party was at one of Dallas' most up and coming venues Three Three Three First Avenue. It was great to hang out with all of our friends in the wedding industry!

Christine had a very bold and specific style in mind for her wedding. We worked with her to specifically design centerpieces and arrangements that were one of a kind. With our design, and the help of a welder, we made unique iron pieces that were painted white to use at the reception. Her flowers were so gorgeous using vibrant cherry love roses, gloriosa lilies, mango mini callas, lime green hydrangea, and red mokara orchids. We loved designing for this bride!

We were so fortunate to get to help plan and do the flowers for Lorrie and Albert's intimate wedding at the Old Red Courthouse. These two had a beautiful ceremony and reception, and they both just glowed the entire night. The highlight of the evening was Albert's speech to his new bride. It was so sweet that I don't think there was a dry eye in the house. Her flowers were so beautiful and rich in color using burgundy dahlias, hot pink spray roses, purple lisianthus, orange callas, and pink cymbidium orchids. It was truly a beautiful evening.

The Tribute Golf Club

This wedding was extra special to us! We had gotten to do Stacy's sister's wedding last fall. Now we got to complete the family by doing Stacy's wedding. Her theme of chocolate brown and pink was chic, yet trendy for this summer wedding. Stacy had a love for gerber daisies so we mixed them in amongst other lush flowers to create an elegant appeal. Her flowers were a mix of pinks, and we incorporated the following along with the gerbers: dahlias, hydrangea, roses, and peonies. It was simple yet classic, and we had so much fun creating this look!

Amy Talkington and Robert Adams
Savage Park & the Bride's grandparent's home on Swiss Avenue

Amy is an independent filmmaker, and Robbie does sound production for such bands as U2. They have amazing careers, and their wedding was equally wonderful. Their wedding reflected their artistic side, and it was a perfect night for the newly married couple. This is an amazing story...they both currently live in LA, but Amy is from Dallas and Robbie is from Ireland. They chose to get married in a park that was named after Amy's grandparents (Savage Park) and then parade down the street to Irish music to the reception venue. The reception venue happenned to be a home in the historical Swiss Avenue district of Dallas that used to belong to her grandparents. Her mother is currently living there. A wonderful sit down dinner was planned in the backyard using a collection of family china under a clear tent. There was so much personalization put into this...it was fabulous. We are so thankful to have been able to help plan this wedding and do the flowers. We could go on for pages about this event, but we won't...check out the pictures instead. The Texas Discovery Gardens

Corey and Brandon had the ultimate garden wedding. We planned this entire event and did the floral design! Corey came to us with specific details and ideas, and we tweeked some of those ideas to make them a reality. The whole event had the theme of black, white, green...polka dots and circles. The ceremony was set up to represent the unbroken circle that is the love of marriage, friends, and family. We included such details as an old fashioned Coke Bar, cookies and milk, a very detailed menu with a famous Sangria recipe from a friend and the groom's guacamole recipe! It was a fantastic event!

Perkins Chapel & The Peacock Terrace at the Anatole

Angelica was a girl that wanted her wedding to emit timeless elegance. She had a simple vision in her head of using candlelight and black magic roses to create an elegant wedding. We helped her streamline this idea by suggesting to make the ceremony all white and the reception all red. It added a touch of modern to her day. We did this using roses, calla lilies, orchids, and lots of pearl details. We also created a custom candlelight centerpiece using initialed vases. They turned out amazing.
